Since SAATHII's registration as a trust in 2002, the registered office has been housed in space donated by ABK-AOTS DOSOKAI Tamil Nadu Center at 110 (formerly 115) Nelson Manickam Road, Aminjikarai, Chennai 600 029. ABK-AOTS is a training institute and Japanese language school where SAATHII conducts many of its training programs. With expansion of staff and programs in May 2005, the Chennai programs office moved to its current location at 78, Pushpa Nagar Main Road, Nungambakkam, Chennai 600 034.

Programs in the Chennai office include capacity-building and operations research initiatives for implementing agencies from government and non-government sectors, including community-based organizations and positive networks.
