Access to Care and Treatment (ACT) Project
The district level networks working for the cause of HIV/AIDS in many states have provided appropriate and timely solutions to the problems of PLWHAs and evolved innovative and good practices within the existing system. Such innovations and good practices are essential for the long-term sustainability of the program, for catalyzing decentralized HIV/AIDS responses and to enhance the continuum of care and support.

Objectives:
- To document good Practices of District-level Positive Networks and TCCs
- To develop recommendations for strengthening and scaling up care and support based on the good practices documentation
