Since October 2006, SAATHII has been providing technical, administrative and logistical support for the PMTCT consortium funded by the Elizabeth Glazer Pediatric AIDS Foundation in India. This is a continuation of previous work by SAATHII's founder Dr. Sai Subhasree Raghavan, who has served as Director for the PMTCT consortium since its inception in 2002-2003.

The EGPAF PMTCT program is India's largest Private-NGO program, and the second largest national PMTCT program in India. Each grantee works with 4-25 sites each, making a total of 87 sites in hospital and NGO settings. The implementing partners in the consortium are:

- Tamil Nadu MGR Medical University, Tamil Nadu
