Volunteer at SAATHII

SAATHII has several volunteer opportunities at its offices in Chennai, Calcutta and Hyderabad. Additionally. there is scope for volunteers around the world to assist with our India HIV/AIDS Online Resource Center and training module development via the internet.

Background of volunteers:

Volunteers at SAATHII are typically post-graduate students or professionals with skills and experience in such areas as public health, business, social work, medicine, and other fields. Recent volunteers have either been self-funded or have been provided travel and cost-of-living expenses through independent agencies such as the American Jewish World Service (volunteers from the U.S.). Volunteers from India tend to work for 2-5 hours a week in the evenings or weekends, while volunteers from overseas spend 2-4 months working full-time with us.
